It's a great and very useful product though....but after using for few days it suddenly stopped working...But when I contacted their coustomer care team..They assured me to exchange the product....And the new flosser is working fine now.

I am using this for the last eleven months.This is a wonderful product for those who are particular about dental cleanliness and health. I had checked up with my dentist regarding its advisability before the purchase. The product has a 1 year warranty and an additional 6 months for registering the warranty. The device developed some problem now and I was not sure that the Company will be very helpful in rectifying it. So I purchased a new one. However, I received prompt attention when I took up the matter with the company. They arranged for its free pick up and replaced it with a new one. All within a few days! The staff is courteous and helpful.I have therefore two such items in the family.Contrary to my initial apprehensions regarding its regular use, I found that there is no discomfort or other problems associated with the use. The battery lasts for many days too.The only flaw I noticed is : If you lose the charging port cap or the water inlet ring (which are both tiny things) while cleaning, you may not be able to use the device. I hope the company will consider providing a spare of each of these in future.

Using the flosser from past 6 month.. no technical issue and customer service is just a phone call away.. product is really good does its work hassle-free.

It works as advertised but is not reliable. The battery stopped working within 8 months. Have to buy a new one now.

Easy to use, just that it could be little hard for people with sensitive gums as the pressure is a little high, but definitely cleansed well.
