Wife getting up 3 times a night to go to bathroom now one time or none getting more sleep

Since starting this supplement I've been only getting up once nightly to use the bathroom instead of my usual 3+ times nightly. I now wake up feeling rested! The only drawback is that it can cause constipation. I tried using only one capsule instead of the recommended two capsules, but one capsule isn't enough to reduce frequency of urination for me.

I’ve taken many different supplements and this has been the most effective in reducing urgency. It’s expensive but highly recommend.
