Best book I've read

Read this book and it will give you all the reason on why stay away from processed food / sugars / preservatives / artificial flavors / food colors / emulsifiers.I used to switch to healthy food but used to see myself back on junk in 3-4 months time and this was cyclical. Reading this book helped me break that cycle. Also got lot of clarity on choosing the right food - "Feed the Gut / Protect the Liver" .

Well researched, backed with solid foundations of biochemistry and written in a very smooth easy-to-read way. Can be read by both medicos and laypersons. Very well worth your time
