Rare épluche-légume très bien conçu
Une belle qualité de design et une merveille d'ergonomie. Lame parfaitement dessinée. Elle finit par s'user – preuve de son efficacité, c'est pourquoi j'en suis à mon deuxième achat... après plus de vingt ans d'utilisation ! Ustensile particulièrement adapté pour peler les légumes longs (carottes, concombre, asperges...) : on pèle en raclant l'ustensile le long du légume vers le côté, donc sans risquer de se blesser.La plupart des autres épluche-légumes de ce type sont mal conçus (lame pas assez large ou trop arrondie, ou trop longue, ou trop mobile, manche trop long ou de préhension inconfortable, manche perpendiculaire à la lame...)Pour les légumes ronds (pommes de terre, navet...), il vaut mieux un couteau économiseur qu'on tire vers soi (mais là aussi, difficile de trouver un couteau bien conçu)
