The delivery person left the package in front of my door without informing me, a common issue I've encountered with Amazon deliveries. This lack of communication can be frustrating, especially when it comes to valuable or sensitive items. Item was delivered on time as I am prime member.My disappointment lies not with the UGREEN product itself, but rather with the overall delivery process. Amazon's current system lacks a proper comment section or an option for delivery personnel to call upon arrival.
