Works perfectly.
Excellent item, works perfectly. I showed a picture to my ENT consultant and a member of the team took down the details. Much easier to use and more convenient than a netti pot.

WOW Damn thing only works!
Suprized.. No electrics needed to pump water (as with expensive electric versions)water is released by gravity when you push the little air release bitton on the bottoom of the bottle.Comes with loads of salt sachets and a all the bits with a little zip bag.For less than a tenner its worth it.I just used this now and its totally cleared my nasel cavity..been bunged up for ages with this flu..The preassure of the wster is just right off the gravity... very suprised and happy i can breathe👍

Worked wonders
Has helped a lots during this hey fever (allergy) season. And I'm hoping it will work in the winter season with colds etc. However I do have an issue, the travel bottle that came with the set could have been a hazard for a child or someone older or vulnerable. The plastic tip where the liquid squirts from came off with pressure up my nose and then was stuck there for a lil while. So I wouldn't use it (the travel bottle) if I were you and a potential buyer . all in all no other issues enough salt and easy instructions

Exactly what I needed
Purchased this after recommendation from my son. Really easy to use and very reasonably priced. Good quality product and good amount of salt packages included. Definitely recommend

the relief is amazing,works 100%
i was thinking would this work but omg it actually does mixed the solution to the warm water and inserted in my nose pushed button and let the treatment do it's thing 4 days and i've not had to keep blowing my nose as this keeps my nasal's clear as i suffer alot with sinus infection i.e sinusitis two tips one for adults and one children all comes with a carry pouch sachets and even a travel bottle which is really handy i would totally recommend this product excellent buy
