I have to wear a mask for certain tasks and always have a hard time with the uncomfortable heat and them getting in my mouth when I speak or for whatever reason, therefore getting soggy. Ew! I can wear a mask for a much longer period of time and in comfort. I can’t really feel it on my face and it does make breathing easier, as someone else said. I’m glad I read reviews, because someone explained that this goes over the tip of your nose and your whole mouth.otherwise they seem to be too small. And someone else explained how to use the tabs for a snug fit. Slide the tabs into the middle pleat, fold, or whatever it’s called.I definitely recommend these for a more comfortable experience wearing masks. I’m glad these came showed up in Suggestions.

I wanted to use this product for a while before writing a review. It was easy to use and slipped in and out of my mask with ease. It fit well. It does work as far as not breathing in your mask as you talk and it does keep your lipstick off of your mask. The only issue I have with it is that it is plastic so when It is resting on your face, it makes your face sweat and get clammy. Because i wear make up as well as lipstick, the makeup sweats off and clogs my pores resulting in pimples which I haven't had in years since I'm in my 50s. I use them when I am outside in the cold but take them out when I get inside and they are usually wet with sweat and so is my face so I have to wipe both with a tissue when I take it off. It does fit well though which is why I gave it a 3 star for comfort. The sweat makes it uncomfortable.

My mother has a heart murmur and she finds it EXTREMELY difficult to breathe in masks. We have tried probably 20 different masks this year for her and even the thinnest ones don't work for her. I found these and figured I would give it a shot. She was SUPER skeptical at first and gave me the most awful looks when I pulled it out of the bag like "you want me to put that on my face.....?". 🤣 After "forcing" her to try it out she was amazed! She said it's MUCH easier for her breathe and she can now use any of the masks we have gotten her without a problem breathing! She's above average weight with a wide face and they're definitely NOT too small. I saw alot of reviewers complaining that it's too small to fit their face/ over their nose and chin. IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO COVER YOUR ENTIRE NOSE AND IS NOT SUPPOSED TO GO OVER YOUR CHIN AT ALL!! Seriously people.... learn how to use things before reviewing them.. 🙄They are made to sit at the end of your nose and come down to right under your bottom lip.I feel I also should point out that these are made from "hard" plastic and not silicon like most of the other options that are out there. We also tried a version of the silicon ones and they were way too bendy and stick to your face which is bound to make it sweat.

I usually wear medical-style masks but I found some nice cloth masks that I want to wear. I hate getting mask in my mouth when I breathe (a deviated septum means breathing through my nose isn't always easy) so I looked for a cage I could put into my masks. These mask inserts may not be the most comfortable, but they do the job beautifully. I wash them as I hand wash my dinner dishes to clean them after using them, and I love that I have five masks I can rotate so I'm not wearing the same insert every day.The inserts make it a little harder to pinch the mask around my nose, but the warmer weather means I don't have to worry about my glasses fogging up. The other issue I had with these inserts is the fact that my eyeglasses slipping down with the inserts under my mask, but it was resolved easily by getting the temples on my glasses tightened a little bit. I'm fully vaccinated but due to health issues that got me eligible for being vaccinated in March, I'll keep wearing a mask when I go out. Thanks to these inserts I can mask up comfortably.

I got these for my husband and myself because we are singers and need to use masks for rehearsals. (Also ordered singers masks but they would take awhile to arrive so these were an attempted interim solution.) I was hoping we would be able to breathe better without mask material sucking into our mouths on inhaling, and allow for better enunciation by keeping the mask away from our mouths. My husband says his really helps but I have considerable trouble with mine. I have a small face so I thought they’d fit better but they don’t. I’m amazed my husband reports his work well as he has a much larger face and nose. The tabs to keep them in place are a joke - they travel all over. My glasses still fog, maybe even worse, it’s hard plastic and not soft jelly silicone like I was hoping for so there’s no seal, but a surprising amount of moisture builds up on my skin despite that, and ends up feeling slimy and slippery. I can’t take fast deep inhales as one needs to do when singing, have to slip a finger into the bottom of the mask to keep from running out of air mid-phrase, which defeats the whole purpose. They just barely work with surgical masks - I have to wear a child size - and fall right out with N95s, cloth or disposable. If I put a stitch in them to hold them in place they’ll just barely do until the real singers masks arrive. The one thing they DO help with is keep me from sucking mask on inhaling, when by some miracle they do stay in place, and I can enunciate a bit better, but these are very small gains compared to the problems. Disappointed.

I had purchased a neck gaiter for exercise and went to the gym, but that product was cr*p and not even sure why they sell it as sports accessories, the cloth was so light whenever I was inhaling it clogged my mouth and nostrils making it impossible to do workouts with it. So I purchased these good boys and problem solved!! They work as intended, they do work with a neck gaiter but definitely maybe a bit looser than with a proper face mask. If you use these for going to the gym with a face mask or a neck gaiter, it is comfortable, but definitely hot air from your lungs may condensate a bit. Not an issue at least for me personally, since I may be already sweating either way.
