I rarely give a negative response to a purchase but in this case I can do nothing else. The plant I received cost me about twelve pounds fifty then I had the postage costs bringing the whole thing to about twenty pounds. When it arrived It was so small and immature as to be not much more than seedling . In fact some weeks have now passed since I received and planted it and it is still very immature in spite of regular watering . I luckily bought another one from a roadside stall for two pounds which was five times the size of the first one and which is now very large and verdant. I will never ever buy plants from anywhere on the internet again.

Arrived health plant well packaged

Arrived on time and in good condition, quite small but healthy looking, not potted them out yet but but they are growing well already,

Plant came in a pot . Was pruned ready for new growth. Healthy leaves and good roots.transplanted into garden and new shoot forming 1 week later

Very small and very dry

I have ordered another one of these as the first one I ordered arrived as a small shrub a couple of years ago but is now my favourite flowering plant in the garden. It is beautiful and the flowers last a very long time. A beautiful sturdy plant. Great value for money.

Have 3 beautiful large blooms but this is not a vanilla fraise. It has no pink what's so ever it is a pale green/white. When contacted seller they said it was the right one and would change to pink but it never has and the flowers look very different from the picture! Very disappointed
