Absolutely No Custom Service
I have the model one older than this. Its passed the 5 year battery life. I've been calling and emailing for 1 year with no response. Guess it goes in the trash. Time to move on to another company.

Junky product
there's actually a lot of ways to snag this thing and accidentally set it off if you're not really careful with it and the people at the office you need to register these things with or in need of like really really serious counseling. I had to put up with a phone call from somebody who didn't even know how to read while I was registering mine... in reality the practical applications for a device like this extend far beyond what it's marketed for
