Q: Can I use Whatsapp on this phone ?

In response to Hammer, that is not the WhatsApp logo. If you look carefully, it is not a phone in a chat bubble but a phone in a circle, and is the phone's phone application logo. It cannot run any smart applications from the play store as it is not a smartphone.

Look for the notch on the bottom right hand corner of the phone, looking at the front of the phone. The notch is near to the front surface of the phone. The back of the phone wraps around the front. The phone body sits inside the deep back, like the lid of a saucepan. Use two fingernails in the notch, and pull apart. It does take some effort to remove the two parts. The confusing part is that most people think that the back is fairly thin, but it is very deep, you will see this by looking at the position of the notch. The thickness of the back is right up to the notch near the front surface. Great phone by the way, I use it as a bluetooth MP3 player, and the sound is good with a good set of headphones.

Q: How do i turn off key tones

I've just managed to do this. Go to profiles and Select Normal --> Options --> Settings --> Other alert rings --> Key tone --> Select --> Silent --> Ok - Should work

Q: i know its not an advanced phone, with that in mind. Can it pair with bluetooth headphones? Additionally, does the mp3 player support mp4 songs? Thx

Following up on my previous comment. Yes, this phone CAN connect to bluetooth headphones and also play mp3 music through them, and its very good. Strangely the sound through bluetooth is better than the wired connection, but its still good quality. As for playing mp4 songs, I assume you mean "can this play videos". Yes this can play downloaded videos, however you will need to change the resolution to (128x160) or (160x128). Use "Any Video Converter", its free and very good.
