I used to have a number of individual hooks that took up a bunch of room along the edge of the wire rack shelf. This makes sense when you have different items you want to get to regularly. But when you have multiple of the same item, these hooks are the way to go. They're sturdy, easy to put on and hold a lot of items. I absolutely love them as they solved a big problem for me.

This simple item works very well and holds weight without moving. I'd recommend it.

I started a storage system when I had 4 kids in the house. The racks, on wheels, take up a goodly part of the basement, half of which is "family room".
