Works as advertised.
Clean the grease fitting well because the tool does not lock onto the fitting, and you just hold the tool firmly in place and the hammer strike seals it to the fitting. Easier to unscrew the fitting end, pull out the plunger, fill the tool with oil, and replace the fitting end. If the tool has air in it along with grease or oil, the plunger stroke will be longer and the hammer strike pressure will be lower. If the tool slips off the fitting before the hammer strike, grease or oil will go everywhere.

Buying used, is not suppose to be missing pieces. Shame on you Amazon for even sending it out to me.
Purchased as a "used" item, but when the last knuckle head returned it, he kept the zirk threaded portion, and Amazon just shipped it right back out to me as a non-functional grease fitting tool. Extremely upset at present, as I now have to travel 5 mi round trip to return a product that should have never been sent out to me in the first place. Buyer beware when you buy a "used" item at Amazon. It is beyond defective, it is missing the head of the grease removal tool. I cannot really comment on the functionality of this tool, as it was not usable. Seems to be made really cheap, spend a bit more and buy any other brand. You will be glad you did. Oh, and be patient when hammering on the zerk, it may take more than a day or two for the solvent to loosen the dried up grease.

Got one in the tool box now
This is one of those products that need to be in your toolbox because eventually you'll need one! It's now a part of my zerk fitting tool box (ok it''s actually an old cigar box re-tasked) Havent used it yet and will update later! Seems ok- a bit crudely made, but for the price- if it works when I actually need it- will be worth it's weight in gold!

TRASH!!!!
I fooled around with this worthless thing for about an hour. I tried to fill it with PB Blaster and it leaks out . Then I tried to get it filled with grease, so it wouldn’t leak. All it does is squirt everywhere else but into the grease zerk. What a freaking mess! I hucked it straight into the dumpster ! Wasted my time and money.

90° Swivel Coupler
Apparently these reviews are for several different items depending on which one you choose at check out. I ordered the 90° Swivel Coupler. Interesting design. It doesn't screw on. There is a zerk fitting inside the spring loaded coupler. It works like a quick connect air hose fitting. Pull the sleeve back, connect your grease gun to the zerk fitting, and release sleeve. Worked great for getting into tight spots on my old truck.

It works
I bought this so I could grease the zerks on the wheels of my garden tractor since they are in a tight spot. It works and gets the job done, but it does leak grease out of the sides and at the male end. This is just a 90 tube, with a female grease couple at one end, and a male zerk at the other end. You do not screw this onto your grease gun hose. That was somewhat disappointing since if it did screw on, it would probably not leak at all. If I bought another one, I would get one that has a screw connection on the gun side, rather than a zerk, but it does do what it was intended as long as you don't mind getting grease all over the end of the tip.
