Best multivitamin out there...especially for us ladies with stomach and absorption issues. I've tried numerous supplements and always go back to this one! I can tell when I run out and don't take it for a few days. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have no issues.

Energy level, quality, and effectiveness seem to be legit. My family brought this, and she felt energy pretty good multi-vitamins!

Edit: I am changing my rating based on the customer service. They saw a dissatisfied customer and promptly offered a refund. You have to respect a company that stands behind their products and ensures customer satisfaction.Original Review: I bought these hoping they would help with my energy level, but they did the opposite! I feel groggy and worse than I do if I don't take ANY vitamins for the day. I've read some of the reviews and there are other people who said they felt the same way. Fermented vitamins can cause a histamine response in some people. I didn't realize this before purchasing. I really wish the company would put that as a disclaimer. Since this is not eligible to be returned, I am stuck with them. They're going in the garbage.

Love this brand and the fact that the ingredients are fermented means that the good gut bacteria are even happier by using this vitamin.

They keep changing the dosage which is scary. Previous bottle said 2 capsules a day this new bottle says 4 capsules a day and they are huge in size now. I am very skeptical about these vitamins

I like how this multivitamin is relatively inexpensive compared to other multivitamins; I also like the various vitamins, minerals, and other supplements that it contains; however, I cannot get past the taste of the algae. I tried for a couple of months and by the third month, I just couldn’t force myself to continue to take it. Maybe some people will find it easier to take these than I did. As far as the effectiveness of it goes, hard to tell…I haven’t noticed much difference with taking it and not taking it. Also, my energy levels were about the same with or without it.
