Seems well made and will work.

This item will enable me to set up fireworks shows with better wire connectivity.

Used these connectors before and they seemed to make the connections faster than the wire nuts. Especially with multiple connections. A little more difficult when using shallow gang boxes.

I somehow managed to add these to my cart and not the German brand I thought I had. It was listed as an Amazon Choice at the time if I recall correctly.Since the German product is packaged and sold by third party companies, I didn’t do due diligence to see what I was actually buying. The lack of brand name on the product now stands out like a sore thumb.While updating a main panel to arc fault/ground fault breakers I started getting random breaker trips.As I went from outlet to outlet I came across a neutral 3 way lever nut that was partially melted and one conductor discolored.I then revisited every place I used these lever nuts in that building and found a disturbing number of conductors fell out when opened the covers.Assuming I’d improperly installed them, I reconnected the conductors, and pull tested each wire as I did it. Then discovered that after all the conductors were in, frequently one or more wire would easily pull out.While these look amazingly close to the German brand UL listed lever nut, that are NOT.Don’t make the assumption “Amazon Choice” means anything more than volume purchased.These don’t have any markings on them. Nothing indicating UL, CE or any other standards testing. No stripping guide, no brand name.I’m now in the process of replacing every single one of these I installed.

I've only used a few of these so far, but they've all had VERY strong clamps and have held tightly when I tried to pull the wires out. I bought them for car wiring, so I've only used them with #16, #18 and #20 stranded wire. I'll post an update if/when I try them on larger or solid wires.

I purchased these since I had a medium size electrical project planned. I used similar types of these in the past, and the experience was great. These are ok, but it the execution is not quite as flawless as the others. It was harder to get inserted and clipped, and it took extra time, with still a few wires pulling out repeatedly. I would spend the extra money on the originals.
