Excellent product, works as advertised
Worked great to clear an otherwise intractable paper jam. I just poured a lot of this on it, tried to start it, didn’t work, let it sit 24 hours, poured a lot more on it, let it sit another day, and voilà, the paper was soft enough that the machine started working again and chewed it up. I’ll be using this more regularly for its correct purpose of lubricating my machine, and I’ve instructed my daughter to put way fewer sheets of paper in at any given time lol.

Paper shredder oil
I use this on my Fellowes shredder a couple of times per year and it helps keep papers running through it quietly and effectively. Easy to use, and is enough in this bottle to last for many many years.

A must have for home shredders.
Have used this with every shredder we’ve purchased to keep the shredder’s ‘teeth’ well oiled and running smoothly. I usually will apply a small line along the paper insertion site then run the shredder’s ‘forward’ and ‘reverse’ buttons a few times to distribute the oil on the metal shredding mechanism.

Excellent Product But Bottle Not Full
This product is ideal for shredders and some use it on other office machines as well. Unlike commercial spray oils, this is non-greasy and is perfectly suited for the metal gears of a shredder. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the bottle sent by Amazon was only 3/4 full...none had leaked out, they just didn't give me a full bottle....a little irritating. Normally would be 5 stars.Update: May 27: Fellowes advised they are using a bigger bottle now so it doesn't look as full, but assured me there is still 12oz in it. Curious as to why they'd go with a bigger bottle.

I use my shredder a lot. This lubricant is a must to keep the shredder working well.

Easy to use
I have a paper shredder that is over 20 years old. It is used weekly and works flawlessly. The reason for that is because things were made better 20 years ago and I apply oil to the blades regularly. This product is very easy to use, has very low odor, and just plain works. You can either apply the oil directly to the blades or put it on a piece of paper then shred it. The oil helps the shredder run smoothly and significantly cuts down on paper jams.
