I need a boost in the morning but I hate coffee!! I have tried so many different caffeine pills and there has always been some negative effect or "crash." With this brand, I have been taking them for about a year now and I can honestly say they help me get through EVERY DAY. They are great! I take one in the morning and I feel ready to tackle the day within an hour. I really do feel the boost once it hits me! I never feel a crash or any negative effects (which is AMAZING). I absolutely love these! I was out for ONE day, and I definitely could fee my energy and focus was not the same as when I take one. These have been a lifesaver for me! They do feel a bit pricey but they are totally worth it!

Very effective!!Two capsules (400mg of caffeine) was so strong that I almost felt sick for an hour. It faded and it wasn't bad, it just hit hard. I've taken 400mg of caffeine from pre workouts or multiple energy drinks, but none have hit as hard as this before. I've felt low to moderately more focused. Not a major improvement. I'm mainly using this for the cheapness. I'm spending about $.70 a day for my caffeine per month.If it was one capsule, I'd be spending $.35 a day for 200mg of caffeine a day. That in the form of an energy drink, is about $2.30 to $3. That in the form of Starbucks, is a lot more. Think $5 to $8 a day. $100 to $200. Lasting two months. Very very cheap and very effective! Has taken my caffeine addiction from $90 ($3 a day from a bang energy drink) to $23 a month.

I have tried a few and I definitely need a caffeine pill with L- Theanine in it. That combination works best because there is not a crash from the caffeine.. Gives a little pep if you have no time for coffee. No jittery side effects either. Only complaint is I usually need to do two for the day if using.

For people with a high tolerance of caffeine that want clean energy without the jitters. I usually take this with magnesium and you feel calm and collected all morning. (Magnesium with caffeine because stimulants use up magnesium stores in the body causing the jittery and anxious feeling). I have been using this for a year with no side effects and will continue to use it.

I get the focus without the dopamine kick. Great alternative to adderall for me. No side effects no come down can take multiple times a day. At night I take ltheanine alone for a very calming affect (5htp also works great)
