You have to have your dimensions exact for filter to fit, but other than that it works really well and now our church isn’t using so many bottle of water lol.

Purchased this to replace church's nonfunctional Oasis water cooler. It was going to cost more to fix the old one then to replace with this brand new cooler. It was very easy to install, and worked very well. The water inlet is 3/8 OD copper tubing. Very easy to hook up. And the water filter is very easy to change. The one we replaced was a pain. It looks as if maintenance on this machine will be so much easier. Fast cool down time too. Overall, the church was pleased and was a very good value!

Replacement of different model just needed a little modification to make it work. After the install I flushed it out and fountain works well. Product made very well.

Needed to replace our church's water fountain quickly. Item was easily ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Amazon delivery person was friendly and very helpful with the delivery.

I bought this to replace an old and leaking Elkay water cooler at my place of worship. The cooler arrived in two days. It was a little challenging to install in the same footprint as my previous cooler: the drain was a challenge due to were it was roughed in but with a bit of thinking and a couple of trips to the lumber yard we got it installed. The water line was very easy to install. The water stream was a bit low and the trouble shooting instructions are a bit confusing but with the help of an online video we figured out were the adjustment was and now we have a good stream of water. The adjustment valve says it's for altitude but it adjusts the water flow also. To be ADA compliant the unit is about 4" lower than the old one so a bit of wall touch up is needed if replacing an older one. Out last Elkay unit lasted over 20 years hope this one gives us that kind of service, I'm sure it will.

This is by far one of the best water fountains out there. Unlike others which are never cold, the water coming out of this machine is always cold. The machine also has great pressure which means you don't have to bend your head down so much that your chin hits the metal basin. This fountain is also really easy to use because their are several buttons you can press to turn on the fountain (in the front and on the sides). Also, unlike other fountains you don't have to press the button with so much pressure its painful to turn on the water. All you have to do is press the one of the panels in the front or on the sides and its more like clicking a key on a keyboard. Lastly this fountain looks very modern and sleek which is another plus. All together I feel that this is by far the best water fountain on the market.
