I’ve been using this training mask during my cardio and cycling workouts for the past month, about three to four times a week. I’m pretty familiar with this type of gear, and overall, it’s done a solid job to date.The adjustable resistance levels make it easy to scale intensity. I could change settings mid-session without stopping, which helped keep things flowing. The mask fits securely and doesn’t slip while I’m moving around, and it’s comfortable enough, even during longer workouts. That said, I’ve used a couple other masks that felt a bit more snug or better-built. This one isn’t far off, just not quite at that level.I started to notice better breath control after a few sessions, and I don’t tire out as quickly on regular runs. It’s also easy to wipe down and keep clean. If I could rate it 4.5 stars, I would. It’s a great option if you’re looking to push your breathing a little harder during training. If you’ve tried other masks before, you might feel the difference, but for most, this one will do the job well.

It works as advertised, love it. Just be careful and dont get ahead of yourself. Take your time to get used to.
