Don’t let the taste put you off.
The manufacturers said themselves that the taste was not pleasant and i have to say i admire the for not adding in anything to make it taste better. However when i took it for the first time, i didnt think it was that bad. It is only 5mls dosage so thats such a small amount that you really dont mind it tasting slightly yeasty. I cant tell you if it is doing any good as i have only just started it, so all I’m saying is if you like the science behind this dont let the taste put you off.

I've noticed I have more energy & I'm told these two vitamins protect against the reactions within Coronavirus, especially the inflammation, so that's also a bonus.Arrived quickly and with no issues, have bought twice since - it's VERY cool & my nails are strong and my beard is, like, "Whoah! How's it goin', Bill & Ted? (in Prison)".Get it, you'll like it!

Easy to take
Found this really useful to have the combination in one liquid supplement.

not used long enough to know the effects
can't really leave much of a review on how it's affected me as I've only just started the bottle, But the taste is an acquired one which works fine for me, however, if its the result you seek, then should that matter?

Powerful
Wow, I've been taking this 3 days and I could feel the difference from day 1. As a person with renal failure, lack of energy is a constant issue and this has really boosted my energy so much so I haven't needed my usual 2 naps a day to get through. I will be purchasing the b vit version too
