Very good tasty but not smooth you need to blend it some more before consuming especially for kids. Its natural taste is awesome! A teaspoon takes you a long way.

I enjoy this product for its low carb content while adding important nutrition into my diet. Price was reasonable but bag was slightly smaller than I had imagined. Excited to see what else I can incorporate it into.

This beet flour adds color to breads and pasta. Use it to thicken sauces and soups and enrich the color. It doesn't add much flavor.

Great value for money. Mixes really easy in a shaker with water . Yes it tastes like dirt as most 100% beet powders do but just power it down its not meant to be the best taste. If you want that buy one with all the additives and sugar or just add it to a shake. Me I just chug it down as it's an excellent supplement for my health !

I bought this to bake a red Valentine's Day cake but this is useless. It's rusty brown and a course grind.

I bought this in part to impart red coloring. It tastes fine, but it's brown. It imparts brown coloring.If you only care about taste and nutrition, sure, enjoy it. IF you're going for red color, look elsewhere.

Flavor is great for smoothies! Wish the quantity was a little bigger.
