I ordered X-Large -- considering some of the comments. The quality is ok. The actual pants -- barely -- fit. But only one fits in the pouch. What to do with the other?

Little Small
Its alright I guess. Bought this item to increase the sexual arousal in the bedroom. My problem is they are small, everything about them is small. To start I fit well with in the Large size, I was more split in between the Medium and Large but ordered Large. When I first put these on the top kept rolling down my wast and didn't fit me properly. As far as the "Pouch" goes as mentioned in an other review is very small. I guess Id have to consider mine average seeing as how my wife never complained but I couldn't get my "Pouch" in there to save my life. Other than the fact that they are too small in both aspects they are well made and didn't seemed stressed the whole five minutes I spent wearing them trying to get them on. Since Amazon lists this as a free return item I might as well take Amazon up on their offer.
