This model is an update to the one I purchased in 2014 with new improved features and design. I appreciate the sleek look, easy to use clock and alarm settings and many, many installed sounds with simple adjustable volume control. The backlighting feature is also revamped with more settings. I use this machine by my bedside to muffle street sounds and noisy neighbors while living in a multi-family apartment building with inadequate insulation. I highly recommend Sound Oasis for price and quality. I would be lost without it.

There are numerous sounds to choose and the clock/sleep sounds works great! Also, I had a question and e-mailed the sellers of the product, Sound Oasis, and they emailed me back the next day. I didn't except to get a reply and certainly not that fast. Plus, you can put sounds you want and customize the sounds.

Works great. I found that it does not work with other chargers than the one it came with.

This is a very nice unit that has a sound machine and an alarm. Unfortunately, it doesn't work properly. I turned the timer off, meaning that I wanted to hear the sound I chose throughout the night and until I woke. It kept going off at 60 mins. I checked, reread the instructions several times, followed them, and it still wouldn't stay on. If my sound machine stops during the night because I slide the selection to an hour instead of continuous, I wake up immediately. Another design issue is the inability to set the choice of the alarm sound, different than the sound machine sound. Instead it just increases in volume, which isn't enough to wake me up. In theory, this could be a great machine, but there are definitely some issues.

Great sound choices! I love the fact that it has a clock and alarm. You can choose 30, 60, 90 minutes, Orr timer off for all night sound. A real plus!It does not have an off switch. You have to choose 30 minutes then it switches off automatically.

I want to write a better review, but this $80 unit literally fried 2 months after getting it. I turned it on last night and the static was extremely loud and progressed to get louder and louder and the clock stopped at exactly 11:06. I was afraid to unplug it because it was obviously an electrical problem. You cannot make out any of the sounds because the static is so strong. Obviously, it is going back. I am going to read other sound machine reviews before I reorder.

This was easy to program compared to another that I had ordered and returned. I especially like the size as space is tight in our fifth wheel Rv.
