Took less than 5 minutes to install, turned the water back on and it started leaking... Started blaming the T valve originally, but when looking better I found that I had loosened the ring-nut on the bottom of the water reservoir when tightening the T valve. Tightened the ring again and it's now working perfectly.Install kit comes with more than sufficient plumbers tape and an extra gasket. Love the way the holder hangs on the reservoir, other bathroom we have a sprayer that hangs in a holder on the wall, and it requires fastening / larger screws over time due to frequent use.These sprayers are not only awesome for toilet paper replacement, but are also very handy for bathroom cleaning (which is why this one is now in the guest bathroom).

The product was impressive: heavy steel, well-made, and beautifully finished parts. Unfortunately, when I compared the size of the part that was to attach to my water inlet valve, it was obvious that the threads were far larger than even the outside of the nut on my inlet hose. My house was built in 1968. Perhaps the standard toilet fittings have changed size since then. I'm certainly not going to hire a plumber to change out the valve. Had to give it a 3 because there was no mention of thread size in the product information.

Excellent product. VERY long hose makes it good for uses that require long reach (Could be shorter when used as Bidet). This is an excellent constructed product and appears to be of high quality materials. We figured out installation (easy) by looking as our unit came without instructions packed. A sign of the seller's Care: They sent me a note containing the missing instructions without my asking for them!. Seller has proven to be concerned about customers- a great sign of care and consideration that is too rare these days. Would definitely purchase again (considering for additional bathrooms).This is a good seller- I plan to see if they have other products too.

I bought this bidet sprayer and it arrived quickly. the product looks very nice and came with everything needed to install. its a fast and easy install. unfortunately the main handle spray nozzle was faulty and leaked even when the close valve was turned off. everything else about this product is fantastic. my only issues was a leaky sprayer nozzle that I could not fix since it was inside the mechanism.

This is great and easy to install. I ordered two and are working great. The thing to note is that if you are in the US then all you need to do is buy this and attach the connector to the bottom of you toilet tank and then connect the water supply on one side and the hose on the other. You do not need to purchase any other parts.Great product and also a perfect addition to hygiene.

I was looking for a bidet sprayer for a while and finally found this one for a reasonable price. This sprayer is very easy to install without any special tools needed. The spray holder can rest on the water tank itself making it easily accessible. Would recommend!

I previously had bought another one from another brand for my own place. That was already good but this one was cheaper yet as good as the other one (I installed this on my gf's house).

Bought two of these products at the same time, and I found the following1. The T-connector is rusted inside2. Leaking from the hose outletts.Beside that, installation is a breeze
