These are wonderful In keeping me on my portions. Aiming for a calorie deficit, I’m telling you these are great. See pics. Going out to eat is much better. When we go to Olive Garden the one cup works great for pasta. Then the chicken and get your sauces on the side so you can do the amount you want. Even if you go over your calories, at least you’ll know by how much and do better tomorrow. I eat whatever I want, just watch the portion. You’ll be surprised at how you’ll still lose. Use these in conjunction with a calorie intake app ( I use a free one “MyNetDiary”). Lastly look at how the cups tell you what goes in it. Protein, veggies etc…Hope this helps. #selfcare

I don’t have anything to say about the supposed portion control features. But my child takes her lunch to school, and we love little storage containers like these for sending a variety of “side dishes.” The small sizes aren’t always easy to find, and these have the added bonus that they’re sturdy and brightly colored.We haven’t tried them for anything that might leak, partly because we’ve been burned in the past with other containers, so I can’t speak to that aspect. They do seem like the odds would be better than with some others — the seals *feel* secure. Overall, very happy!

Its colors, its measurements, I like everything about this portion. The only thing that bothers me is that after washing them several times, the measurements that are only painted on top of each cover are erased. For the rest it is a very good product. Hopefully one day it will come in glass and with the measurements engraved on the base.

These are great - just measuring cups so they get the job done and are easy to store

What I like most about this product is that the containers help with controlling my portion sizes. I also like the guide that comes with it because it helps you create a meal plan based on what your daily calorie intake is. Depending on your calories for the day the guide shows you how many of each colored containers you should use that day to hit your goal.

The products good, but because you have to wash them so much the letting comes off.

I bought these after starting the beach body program and I started dropping weight immediately. Unfortunately I became really sick like two weeks in and just didn’t have it in me to keep up with it. I just found out that I am pregnant and am planning to use them and the calculating system they give to hit my target calories to maintain my weight. I obviously don’t want to lose weight now and I don’t want to gain weight in excess I think this will be a great way to keep my weight where I want it while making sure I eat all of the food groups and give baby all the nutrients it needs.
