Surprisingly good!!
Great product. I have 1 on normal days and 1.5/2 on heavy training days and it's really improved my sleep quality and recovery

Interesting flavour, no difference to sleep

Great for holidays
Brilliant for a good nights sleep. We used these on holiday after a night of drinking and heat and they really helped us to get to sleep and not feel hungover the next day

Easy to drink.
Easy to drink. Pleasant taste. Always gives me a boost after drinking one. Best on the market as it has no extras or sugar in it.

Take them
I swear by these take them everyday. Had them quite a while now and haven't had a single cold or infection since. I certainly pick up stuff and can feel might throat is sore or hard to swallow but I take these, usually 2 if feeling like I am fighting something and it just goes.
