The kit comes with clear instructions and 12 test pots. As others have said what makes this a stand out buy for the price is the customer service. It’s quite hard to identify the mould from the pics in the leaflet but they emailed back full info within a day after I sent photos to them. Watching the mould on the pots grow was part disgusting and part fascinating. Has allowed us to take action to hopefully eradicate it. We have a dog who’s been very ill with a recent aspergillus fungus infection and wanted to test the surfaces in our house for this. Results showed that there was aspergillus under the floor area where he sleeps 🙁. Now we’ve had to take the floor up and replace but at least we know! Have the second lot of 6 tests on stand by to retest at later date. (Box comes with 2 sets of 6 tests)

Easy to use and great assistance from the support team in identification of molds.

This was the first time I've tested for mold in the house and I wasn't sure what to expect. i needn't have worried as the kit was very easy to use. The booklet/guide supplied with test kit (petri dishes) was excellent and easy to understand. I had to ask for help, though, as I couldn't identify all the mold in the petri dishes so contacted the company asking for help and included photos of the molds. I was delighted to get a reply next day with a brilliant and detailed report, explaining what the molds were etc. What a fantastic service!! I hope to do some repeat tests in the future and can highly recommend this product.

I'm so incredibly impressed with this kit and also the follow up advice. Having recieved astronomical quotes for professional testing, I wanted to be sure there was an issue first. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the results told me everything I needed. I emailed the company for help on identification and they replied in less than 12 hours. the test kit showed the mould in the house. we sent pictures of the mould and got a prompt reply with details of which mould types were present in the home. good product and good service.

There's tons of spelling mistakes here which makes it seem very unprofessional and then for disposing the mold plates they recommend opening them after mold growth has formed and boiling it off before you put them in the bin.Apparently you shouldn't open them after the sample has been taken.I'd avoid this!
