The sample questions are largely incorrect. Examples:Test 1, Question 2- The answers and explanations states that the ICD code for "type 2 diabetes with ketoacidosis" is E11.65 but when looking in the 2025 ICD-10 code book E11.65 is "type 2 diabetes with hyperglycemia". The answer should be E11.10 "type 2 diabetes with ketoacidosis without coma".Test 1, Question 6- The answers and explanations states that the ICD code for stage 3 CKD is N18.3, but when you look in the code book this code requires a 5th digit which none of the answer options have.Test 1, Question 9- Felt like I was having deja-vu, and for good reason. Q9 has the exact same wording, literally word for word, as Q5 but when you look at the answers not a single one of them is the same.I made it 9 questions in before realizing this book is absolutely useless. Would give 0 stars if I could. Returning.

Should have read the reviews!!! I am a seasoned coder and was looking for assistance with more of the clinical documentation portion but 5 questions into the answers portion and I am quite astonished how inaccurate this is. Glad I know coding!!! Makes me nervous to even look at the rest of it. If you don’t have a coding background, review the coding guidelines at the very least!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!The question do not have answers and rationale that align. There are missing answers to most of the questions.

Poorly edited and feels like there was a lack of attention to detail when put together. Answers frequently do not match questions and/or explanation is non-existent. I feel this was a waste of money. Do not recommend.

Several incorrect answers right off the bat. Don't waste your money!

Don’t get this. Test questions in this book are not useful. Many are not true. I would not advise using this book. I wasted my money.
