The clarity is excellent… take a look as you can see the screen shot is of me in my place. I just have to have it set up outside the door.And for the price, this is totally worth it. As long as you have it connected to your WiFi, you cannot go wrong.

Very poor quality. Would not connect to my existing Jooan system. The QR code on the camera frame reads “invalid” Downloaded a different app just for this camera (separate from my existing system) and after two days the camera will not turn. Very disappointed. Send me one that actually works and I will update my review!

The "power cord" they provide for this camera is only 3 ft. long. It is a USB to USB-C cable. I could not use any of my longer USB-C cords with this as the connection sleeve to the camera is very small. Even their own provided cable was a bit difficult to push into the sleeve to connect and power up the camera.So just be aware of that if you need a longer power cord for this camera.I chose to connect this camera via NETWORK (ethernet) connection when setting this up via their cam720 app found on Google Play. When it searched for the camera device it found two IP addresses to cameras. One I knew was an IP address to another security camera I use and another that ended up being this camera and I made sure that it did not cause a conflict with my other devices. So I chose that IP address and finished setting it up in cam720.I could view this camera through their app. I also changed the password to the camera device. The default was admin123. I used 3 different PC tools.to look for the IP network address and its' other settings to this camera but none could find it. Using Edge, Chrome or Firefox browsers with the IP address, it only allows you to see the RTSP setting.I reached out to Jooan Technical Support about this via email, and they got back to me in less than 2 hours! I finally found out from their Technical dept. that this camera can only be set up with a DYNAMIC IP, not FIXED IP address like what I am used to and what I need. It is manufactured this way. This is why I can't get it working via browsers or on iSpy like I can with the Sovmiku Dual Lens model SFW318 also found on Amazon.Now this camera works very well with VMS on your PC where you can monitor and set up recording etc. to this camera. However if you lose power, the IP address might change, therefore VMS will need to be updated to whatever Dynamic IP address it is given.Be sure to Enable RTSP and DIGEST Authentication (SET YOUR OWN PASSWORD to the camera device) Also to use in VMS the port number is 8899.This camera is nice, works OK on the cam720 app, works super well with PTZ and more through VMS on your PC. Their technical support is stellar, strives to help you, and the response time is fantastic which is amazing in this day and age.I did have to return this camera because it can't be set up the way I need it too on my home network but that is just how the camera was designed. I do have to give this 4 stars though, because this camera (as well as others sold on Amazon) does NOT connect up to your Alexa / Echo devices which is a BIG selling point. .

I am very happy to say this security camera is very easy to set up, in less than one minute. And its day time vision is great and the night vision is also amazing. The auto track works very well too. I will recommend this to my friends for sure.

Bought 3 of these cameras and is already disappointed as upon installation of them, one of them is not working. No matter how many times I unplug and reconnect the power cord, there is still no power.I am disappointed to the point where I have not even connect the other two to the wifi as yet, so none us actually serving the intended purpose.I would like a refund or please send me another camera free of cost.

The camera was easy to install, gives a great , clear view. The motion sensor works absolutely great. Have recommended to several people. Customer service is top notch. Extremely helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely be a first choice for any future needs
