Godrej Round mortise
Look what you have sent to me. Two locks without keys and one lock have visible dent on it. And one plate is also missing in one lock. Worst experience. I opted for replacement if it doesn't works i will return backI got my replacement. I am happy now but packaging was poor

The lock got stuck
Very Poor Quality – Lock Failed Within 2 MonthsI purchased 3 units of this product and had them professionally 2 months, one of the locks became jaam and could not be opened break it open ,What's more disappointing is that this product is advertised with a 5-year warranty, but there is no clear info how to claim it.This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope the company takes responsibility by guiding me through the warranty claim process and offering a proper resolution

OK quality not size
Quality is good but backset appears small and not 70mm as mentioned. It was missing screws and pin in the packing.
