I have to assume that this “Decaffeinato” label means that this is decaffeinated coffee. I have to admit that when I ordered this coffee, I didn’t realize that this was for specific commercial Nespresso machines. So, what I did was open up the pods and use the coffee grounds in my espresso machine. Interestingly, I did have to use two pods for my “single shot” espresso. Of course, that makes this coffee especially costly to do that.However, the results were pretty good for decaffeinated coffee. The dark roast had a very rich and bold flavor and I thought it was quite smooth. I do add some sweetened non-dairy creamer and the coffee flavor still came through strong. I like that.

I had high expectations from this coffee, especially given its price range. However, it was relatively disappointing. The packaging is mediocre and the capsules are definitely not the easiest to use either. It comes in a package of 50 capsules and each capsule is probably enough for a small cup of coffee for one person.The coffee flavor is decent but it is nothing especial either. The aroma is pretty much non-existent, unfortunately. There is barely any information about the coffee on the box or capsules and their page also has the same picture repeated and absolutely no description so you don’t know anything about the coffee.Overall, the flavor and aroma are mediocre at best and I would definitely not recommend this, especially at this price ($69.99 at the moment).

The Nespresso Decaffeinato capsules are fantastic! This Light Roast delivers a smooth, rich flavor that’s perfect for any time of day. Each pod brews a generous 7.8 oz cup, and the quality is consistently top-notch. A must-have for coffee lovers who want full flavor without the caffeine!

I am still on the fence with this one. It arrived beat up with tape on it. It was completely un-professional in appearance. From there things got weird for me. The coffee tastes ok but, nothing about it stands out. I will say it’s not bad for a caffeine free option but, nothing great either. I just wish it had something unique about it in the flavor profile. No dice, but my experience could be different to yours.

These are professional style Nespresso capsules and which can be put right into the machine without issue. The flavor profile is Rich and bold without being acidic. If you enjoy the taste of a deep Nespresso, this is really great for you. They are kind of pricey at 50 of them for $65 but since it is the professional style cup and stuff than it is kind of worth it for the price. Overall, I'd get these again because of the taste and flavor.

First off, these are quality pods and as fresh and reliable as any genuine Nespresso capsules or pods I've ever used. These are used in 'professional' Nespresso machines that are often used in coffeehouses and restaurants and deliver a very good espresso. At the price point I'm not sure these deliver value over traditional Nespresso capsules that I use in my primary coffeemaker on a daily basis. In a commercial setting the value proposition is likely quite different with significant profit margins built in. I happen to have access to both types of Nespresso machines in my home but I'll likely stick with capsules over these pods long-term. Quite pleased with them aside from the price, however.
