If you’ve lived a full life this will definitely serve you as it speaks to women who’ve had extensive experience in one way or another. It’s almost like a subtle counseling book that I really love. It’s also not your regular guided journal but it gives you strategy that you would fine the the Book Woman Evolve and Sarah’s own life. So even if you didn’t read the book you’d still find this very helping along your journey. Good job Sarah!

I loved this journal! It taught me lot bout myself and was a great mindset and motivation book.

The workbook is used as an additional tool alongside the woman evolve book to help the reader to dig deeper into their past while attempting to understand their actions in the present. The workbook helps the reader go through the process of identifying entries of traumatic events and how they relate to their present. I would recommend using this tool with therapy to obtain maximum results.
