This smart watch is off the charts super bad-ass. It has far exceeded my expectations. Perfect size, bright, very easy to read outside in the bright sun (much unlike many other smart watches). It has fantastic features that are accurate and easy to use. Set up was simple and I didn’t even need my wife to figure it out for me. (Thank God). I got the metal band and I love it. Removing the links to size it was easy and it fits perfect. It is a gun metal gray - not silver or black. At night it is bright for lighting a dark room. The LED light is beyond bright BUT - I wear it on my right wrist so when I turn on the light it shoots into my right eye and bounces out of my right ear. There are bunches of faces to select and are cool + easy to read. I honestly can’t say how happy I am with this and how it has completely exceeded my every expectation. If I had 6 arms I would buy 5 more.

I love this watch; it was packed and delivered with care, and it was easy to pair with my iPhone. I appreciate that I only need to change it once every seven to eight days.

The menu design and UI are absolutely abysmal, there are 5 "menu presets" that change how you navigate the available widgets on the watch and not a single one of them feels intuitive or convenient to use.My old, cheaper watch would let me navigate off of the timer and use other functions of the watch while a timer ran, this watch locks you out of the entire rest of the device if a timer is running. God forbid you want to set a custom timer, no matter where I swipe on the screen the only value that moves is the seconds value.You cannot set or change alarm settings on the watch itself, it forces you to use the app.There is no way to preset the do not disturb mode to the times when I'm sleeping.The app is horrid if you don't speak mandarin as well, the English version is illegible and annoying to set up.

I bought this watch in 2024 then this year 2025 I was having trouble finding the watch to my phone using the fit Pro app I contacted customer support and received excellent service the watch is connected and working as advertised the technician I contacted did an excellent job and followed up with any of my questions

there is no way to keep the watch from picking up your calls. Should be a way to disconnect that. Battery life is great but the reading are not accurate for health information.
