NETGEARR6120-100UKS AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router

Good value router I bought to supplement a frustrating Hub 3 which I have turned into a modem only due to its inconsistencies.This Netgear router works fine and does everything I need and was easy to set up using the phone app. It's range is no more than OK but it does the job for a largish house

Bought this because my old router kept dropping out and I had to keep restarting it. This router is not the cheapest but is easy to set up and has been stable since I bought it . Worth the extra cost. Great improvement for working form home.

Well made but the wifi strength is not so good, stable but not so good range.

Extremely easy to set up. The nighthawk companion App (I used iOS) made the set up extremely easy. Follow the instructions to the letter and it’s all set up in less than 10 mins. The signal strength is very good and speed has been superb so far.It supports iPads, laptops and TVs (one Ethernet and one WiFi) without any problem and all appearing to have very fast data rates.I’m happy with this so far and glad I chose it.

This product involves downloading an app and trying to interpret complex downloading and installation instructions. It has been a massive waste of time and is overly complex for a small business. I recommend not going any where near it.

These were bought to improve coverage around the house, which is quite large and has annoying thick walls that crush any signal! One is upstairs and basically serves my two sons and their need watch youtube and play games, the other is in the hall and is exclusively for our security devices, including a Ring doorbell and Chime Pro. They both succeed in their tasks to a satisfactory degree. One niggle is that I would like to have been able to manage them all easily from my phone using the Nighthawk app but this is not proving to be a simple matter of opening the app and selecting the router to be managed. This is my third NIghthawk router, the other one being a much higher spec (and price) and serving the main part of the house. They all seem to play nicely together and hang off a Virgin Media Superhub.

I purchased this to replace the WiFi broadcast by a BT Home Hub 3. it is installed in a commercial kitchen, so lots of metal and electrical interference. The BT HH3 would drop it's WiFi frequently, needing to be reset up to 10 times a night.I had a few small hiccups during setup, but it wasn't overly difficult.Since the install several days ago, turning off the WiFi on the BT HH3 and relying solely on this device, the WiFi hasn't dropped once.My only real gripe - which for most will likely be a bonus - is that the status lights are very dim. Perfect for a bedroom, not very good in a brightly lit kitchen.

The Router worked well providing a strong internal signal.It was used to access the TV net facility.Did not need Tech support as it was easy to install.
