I HAVE THIS PLACE OVER TOP OF MY WALL HANGING TV SIDE BY SIDE WITH MY ''MOTION MUSICAL TIME WALL CLOCK.'' THE WEEK DAYS I CAN SEE I WOULD SAY FROM 30-40 FEET AWAY, YES I HAVE AN HUGE DEN.. THOUGH I CANNOT SEE THE LITTLE TIME SLOT AT BOTTOM OF THIS CLOCK WHICH I DO NOT NEED TO SEE AS MY READ MY MUSCIAL TIME CLOCK NEXT TO THIS ONE.. WA LA, I LOVE THEM BOTH.. MARIE S.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:what a great retirement clock.

This clock will come in very handy as both my husband and myself are retired and we ask each other, “what day is it” as it is so hard to keep track when you’re retired. This clock not only has the day of the week, but has the additional feature for date and time.It was very easy to set up and I would say great value. Not sure about readability at a distance because we have not mounted it on the wall yet. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something easy.

i just received my day of the week clock with time and temp, only problem is, the time of day and temp section does not light up and that makes it imposable to read unless you're within 6 to 10 feet. they send an 8x10 instruction sheet with it and states on that sheet if you have any problems to refer to the instruction manual in the package. well, there was no instructions sheet in package so i don't know if i got a bad one or if the time and temp section isn't supposed to light up. anyone know please let me know,

This is a great tool for our son who has profound Autism. He is more prepared for the day ahead when he knows what day it is, and this allows for a little more independence. I highly recommend but especially for special needs families.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this for mother in law as she wanted to know the days of the week. Stopped working within a few weeks. Still told time , but days of the week stopped working.

The instructions state "the LCD is mainly used for showing the time", the day of the week and temperature. The unit I received only shows the date (month and day), the day of the week and temperature, not the time. If there is a way to change that, it is not in the instructions.
