I bought this specifically to hold my phone for longer runs. It's really stable and comfortable- I tend to wear it with the clip to the front, but slide the pouch around if I want to access my phone. (I've got quite good at this, taking random photos as I run.) Even this movement doesn't affect the stability, and the pack doesn't slip down.As I said, this is specifically to hold my phone. You can also use the other two (much smaller) pockets for keys or cash, but you won't fit much else in. I pair the belt with a hydration vest which has all the other space I need, but won't hold my phone!I've taken off a star because it's not waterproof. Although the outward-facing material would repel water, the padded side doesn't- I only found this out when I took a very sweaty phone out of the pocket!Overall though, a great product. I finally feel like I've got my running storage sorted.

Just the right size to keep a few essentials like phone, wallet, keys etc. discreetly round your waist when running. The size is adjustable and the bag is easy and comfortable to wear.I have a bottle cage for water and a tool kit and spare tube attached to my bike so this is ideal for quick rides out when you don’t need to take a full size bag.Although it doesn’t have security features as such, I have also found it useful to keep a couple of things reassuringly close at hand when in crowded places like concerts, festivals etc. or even just in the city.

This running belt is fantastic, it's small enough to be hidden under a t shirt and very secure so it doesn't move aboutI only need it to hold my keys and phone but there is enough room to squeeze a wallet in the main compartment. It also has 2 small side pockets which are ideal for loose coins and some keys.It's also extremely well made which is ideal, I was getting fed up of the pockets in my running clothing getting holes in making me worried I would lose my keys etc.You could also use this to hold valuables when your on holiday, if you want something to hold a wallet, phone and room key etc discreetly then this is ideal.

The belt is great and holds in place whilst running but the main pocket has split after just over a month and can’t find anyway to return

Plenty of room for Pro Max in main pocket, bank cards in one of the side pockets and car key in other side pocket.

The soft side that is against your body is not water resistant which would be fine, however when it's hot and you are sweaty, it seeps into the belt and gets your phone wet. I'd assume this would also be a problem on a wet day, as your clothes would get wet and then the same thing would happen.Apart from that, perfect size and the strap quality is great. Easy to pull tight while running and is slightly elastic, rather than totally elastic. Too many running belts have too much elasticity so they always end up coming loose.
