Great all rounder compost. I mostly use for seedlings plus I use indoors and have not had issues with too many flies or too many large bits as reported by other reviewers who buy from other compost providers. Since I started my allotment plot I have always used this multipurpose compost. It’s great value and good quality stuff

Good quality, finely textured compost. A small bag as expected, it was sufficient for my current needs (filling one large container, florist-bucket sized). This late in the season I didn't want/need a huge bag lying around.Delivered next day securely wrapped, and a very fair price indeed to include next day delivery.

Bought this for my hanging baskets and tubs it is just the right size for what I needed seems good quality compost

Firstly I cannot budge a 40L bag at the garden centre, hence opting for 2 x 20 L bags. They came quickly, as promised, both bags wrapped together in very thick plastic, but I had no trouble lifting the whole thing into the garden, which makes me a little suspicious. On wrestling open the package I found not 2 x20L bags but 8 x reputedly 5 L bags. Each bag enveloped in thick plastic, each batch of 4 in thick plastic and then the two lots in more thick plastic. Whilst wrestling to get them out of the plastic I realised that some of the small bags were split as they spilt out everywhere!!! In fact half were split, and they are very small, not sure they are 5 litres. Wouldn't recommend. Not happy!
