Amazing product! Comes vacuumed sealed and firms up quickly, and even comes with two packages of extra shredded memory foam to add for extra firmness if desired. I have back and neck problems and these pillows have been a game changer. The cooling side is amazing also. First night of use, I woke up the next morning with no neck pain for the first time in a long while. 10/10 recommend!

You can absolutely customize this pillow to the firmness you each prefer!
This is a reorder for us. Bought these pillows for Florida and just bought a second set for Pennsylvania. Hubby likes a flatter pillow so he removed some stuffing. I like firm so mine was perfect!

These are perfect. I enjoy my pillow with the standard filling and my fiance likes his with the extra filling. I've had them for months and they have held their shape perfectly. They are super comfy. Love them.
