I’ve been looking at soundbeds for years and decided to try this out first. I’m very pleased with this purchase. The sound quality and vibration are amazing. As soon as I started one of the preloaded tracks, my animals also laid on me or around me for the duration. The quality of the mat itself is very impressive. It is well built and works wonderfully.

It doesn’t align with body structure. No head support. It needed some flexibility. For the price it should have been structure very well. It doesn’t work well in my work chair or in bed. I love the concept. I just will shop for something else

We ordered this product from Canada on early March 18th, 2024. It was defective right out of the box. We had such high hopes that this would bring pain relief to our loved one, but it has brought only frustration and regret. We contacted the company directly and were further outraged by their useless reply. So, on March 22nd we applied for a refund to Amazon. We had to use UPS to send it back (UPS service was awful about it!) but we have TO THIS DATE not received our refund... BEWARE!!! My advice is to buy some transducers and speakers with a Subwoofer, maybe watch some DIY Youtube videos, safe yourself the expense and all the hassle! This is a crap product, you can do better if you try!Update: It is now April 18th and still NO REFUND from amazon. I was told that it might be at about a month to get my refund for high ticket items. I bought it on March 18th and requested a refund on Mar 22. Still no refund to this date. Learn from me and AVOID buying this product if you are in Canada!Update: I EVENTUALLY got my refund from Amazon.com and a lame "apology" from the company, mainly blaming Amazon for selling me a "refurbished" item. This was according to Sound Oasis, who claims they destroy all returned/defective items and only Amazon can be responsible here. I'd like to clarify that I did not received a refurbished item. It was brand new... and total crap.
