Q: can i mount on 3/4 in pole?

Yes, it comes with silicone wrap that can be used to affix to the pole

Q: What wattage is the solar panel?

Im not sure, but all you do is plug it into your feeder and i used command stickers to keep it on a post

Q: Is there a way to mount this instead of using the screw panel?

Ours is mounted to a double hook pole using garden wire that is wrapped with some soft green foam. Supposedly our Birdfy came with a Universal Silicone Holder (instruction manual 'what is included in the box' page) we either didn't get one or misplaced it.

Q: Has anyone successful mounted this with suction cups to a window?

I used command strips bc mine is on a metal pole, but i dont see why suctions cups wouldnt work.
