UPDATE, (Since writing this review, the company have reached out to me, and they have been brilliant, understanding and its been resolved completely now) . I have had this a few weeks now.. it takes a while to get used to it and position it in the right place. For an older lady with a bit of a tummy, it's sometimes tricky. But after a while it does actually lessen the pain in my hips and keeps them supported and I wear it for the gym and work.. but have started to notice that a little bit of stitching is starting to come undone and the velcro main bit at the front is becoming not so secure and sometimes pops open, I have cleaned it, but it still happens.. so I just need to be more aware of this when in the gym.

Bought this as I have EDS and dislocate everywhere, often suffer with lower back pain and hips sublux so needed some form of support. I saw this and decided to try it out. The actual support feels very good quality material with a good stretch on the elastic without being too stiff. I have a round stomach with bit of an overhang after pregnancy and 17 stone weight loss so not a slim figure (average 14-16) and this doesn’t roll down or move around like a lot of others I have tried.This fits lovely and when you do the secondary tightening the support given is something else you literally breathe a sign of relief once it has been tightened on the second set it’s strange like there are people all round you holding your waist up it’s hard to describe but something else to experience. I’d highly recommend this to anyone with lower back or hip pain. I’ve even wore these over jeans and it still provides great support and is flexibleI was that impressed with this item I also checked out the brands other items and bought some other supports which are also great quality

This belt helps me everyday, its very easy to se and to adjust to your size but make sure you measure your hips correctly before ordering, its small and very effective for my back osin. Great quality and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear

I purchased this as I found my hips and legs ached after walking for a length of time. I now wear it when I know I have some long walks planned; when I am visiting places on holiday, walking the dog, etc. It gives me added support and really helps. It doesn’t show under baggy clothes and I can even wear it to my gym. It fits well around the hips and is quite comfortable to wear.

I suffer with sacroilitis some days I find it very difficult to move I searched for something to help to ease the pain and came across this as the reviews were really good.I wasn't expecting much with this but was really surprised with this item it's great I put on the belt and to my surprise I found that it eased the pain straight away and so comfortable to wear. I wear it most days when the pain is really bad I've found it so good I can now bend to put my socks on.Great item. So glad I purchased it.
