The Way Home
I got the book because it was next in series. I didn't like it as much as the other books in the series.I didn't care for the part about Avery very much.

Kincaid series are wonderful.
If you want to enjoy books about everyday life with no curse or swear words, no sex and no violence, you'll enjoy the Cape Light and Angel Islands series.

The Angel Island Series
I have read all of the Thomas Kinkade/Katherine Spencer series and own most of them. When Thomas Kinkade passed away I imagined that would be the end of these wonderful stories, but thankfully that isn't the case. I'm happy to see that Katherine Spencer has written another one for the Angel Island series and a Christmas one (Which I will be sure to get) for the Cape Light series.I never get tired of reading about the people and events in the small coastal town of Cape Light, and appreciate the Christian theme and wise words of some of the main characters such as Claire North in these Angel Island stories.Even after collecting these stories for many years, I occasionally bring them down from the shelf and reread them, starting with the first one.

A pleaser, as usual!
When I have read only a few pages, I'm always thinking, "Gee, I'd like to find this place and go there for a visit", then I remember it's a beautiful place Thomas Kinkade and Katherine Spencer have introduced us to to spend a few hours with "friends" we have met since the inception of the Angel Island series and "new friends" who have been introduced along the way. Always something new and exciting to look forward to from the description of the rooms and the landscape to the yummy dishes they are preparing AND recipes that have been included. You will not be disappointed in this latest offering. Thank you Katherine Spencer for continuing on with this wonderful series.

Home is Where the Heart Is.
Another great book by Katherine Spencer. I love the Angel Island series because it draws me close to the ocean at least in spirit. I find these stories relaxing and comforting, besides the adventures that unfold.I don't know if young readers would enjoy this as much as a more mature reader. I it is very easy reading and holds your attention.

Love these books
I read the Cape Light series and love the story lines.about the town and it's family. Angel Island series is every bit as good. For me I love a story that in each book gets you involved with someone new who is coming to the island or perhaps lives there yet continues the story of the main characters. By the time I'm to the middle of the book I hate to put it down, I just want to see what happens. Then when I'm done I can't wait for the next book.

Great series
After purchasing the Cape Light series from Thomas Kinkade and Katherine Spencer, it was only logical to follow through with the Angel Island series. I now have the full collection and am enjoying sharing the books with others who want to just read a "feel good" story. After reading these books, you actually feel you know the people involved. I would highly recommend these stories to anyone and everyone.

I love the books by Katherine Spencer and Thomas Kinkaide. Makes you feel like you live in this town and these people are your friends. Glad Katherine Spencer continued on with the books. Was so sorry to hear Thomas passed away as I love his paintings. Would reccomend this for an easy read so enjoy and come live on Angel Island for a while.
