I got one for my daughter’s room and my sons. I love that I can access the camera from my phone. And it plays music and tells stories. The camera has great view of both their entire rooms. The set up was a little rough at first but after understanding it was easy!

First, the camera came in an open box and all seals were broken and the packaging looked put together.Second, it would not connect to the handheld or the app or the WiFi, nothing!

The media could not be loaded. After using this baby monitor for two weeks, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic product. The dual-lens feature is incredibly useful, the close-up view is perfect for keeping a detailed eye on my baby, while the wide-angle lens lets me monitor the whole room effortlessly. The video quality is sharp, and the night vision works flawlessly.The motion and sound detection alerts are accurate and give me peace of mind. Setting it up with my phone was straightforward, and the app is user-friendly and intuitive. Highly recommended for parents looking for a secure, feature-rich baby monitoring solution!

The app is awful. Connecting to the app is insanely frustrating. Your phone has to be a certain distance from the camera and then it may or may not connect. Only one account can be connected to it unless you have the subscription apparently. If you try and connect a second phone to the same camera it will remove the first phone. Constantly disconnects. That goes for the app and the monitor that comes with it. The monitor lasts maybe 90 minutes. Also, the monitor seems to have problems if you have the app pulled up on a phone at the same time. The sound is okay. The image quality isn’t bad (when it’s working)It lags behind constantly and then it struggles to catch back up at which point it starts the struggle all over again.Don’t buy this. The two cameras being a good idea doesn’t make up for the awful performance.

I would not recommend buying this baby camera system or any products from Hubble.-Wifi Mobile app connection is unreliable and has a troublesome login process.-The battery for the monitor does not last long even with turning the screen off.-Monitor would freeze sometimes at night or just turn off randomly- Range for non wifi operation is at best average-There is no lock feature if you want to put the monitor in your pocket.-if the house power flashes then when it comes back out it automatically turns on the monitor.-Temperature sensor on camera is not accurate. (says 78 when its 70)-The app is bulky and is constantly pestering to upcharge you to a premium service.We received our 2 camera system as a baby shower gift. We only used one of the cameras until we bought a camper and need to start using the second while traveling and camping with our family. We discovered that the 2ed cameras night vision did not work. We also experienced rapid degrading battery life on the monitor. I emailed the customers service and communicated with Rajani R. I explained that it was a gift and that we don’t have a purchase receipt. Hubble and Rajani refused to replace the faulty camera. For this reason I don’t recommend buying any Hubble products.

The media could not be loaded. This I absolutely love this product! I've never come across a single unit with two cameras, and it's incredibly convenient to monitor both wide-angle and narrow-angle views simultaneously using the split-screen feature. The app is packed with features like talk-back, melodies, lullabies, and a baby tracker, and I’m discovering more as I use it every day. Even our relatives were impressed and are now considering getting one for themselves. Highly recommend it!

This is great if you have babysitters that will be okay with downloading an app to be able to use the baby monitor. Otherwise, they will be out of luck and have to do things the old fashioned way... for that reason, I miss the fact that this doesn't have a handheld viewer (especially at this price point). If grandparents are watching the baby, if they aren't tech savvy, it could be an issue for them to use this style...Picture quality is good. App has been working well for me, so no complaints there.This brand is sold in store at local big box stores, so I do feel like I can trust them (as much as I can trust the big box stores with my info... I'm looking at you, Target... ugh.)
