What a fabulous chair. I got this for my mom for Xmas. It came in 2 large boxes within 4 days of placing the order. Super quick!!!!My sons put it together in minutes.Great massagers and heater as well. Super wide chair which is great.Can’t say enough good things. I may update my review at a later date but so far, mom loves it

I am very impressed with this company. I had an issue with the chair and they worked with me until it was resolved.I would definitely give this company my business in the future.The chair was VERY easy to assemble.Edit: 2023 This chair started falling apart within months. Metal coils poking through the fabric, the padding was non existent. I put blankets on it in order to be the least bit comfortable. I would NOT buy again.

I am 78 years old and I needed a recliner to replace the one I lost in the California fires. After searching local furniture stores, I went online to customer service at Amazon.com. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. I ordered my recliner on 1/15 and received it on 1/18. The price, the quality of this chair and the fact that I got it so quickly are totally unbelievable. A friend came over and easily assembled it for me. It looks great and is ideally firm to support my back and give me a comfortable place to read and take naps. I wish to thank Amazon and everyone involved the making and the delivering this recliner to me.

This chair is horribly made and breaks super easy! Not worth the money and then to send it back costs almost as much as the chair..

The item has a strong foul chemical smell out of the box that won't go away. I let it air out by a window for about five weeks which didn't help. I still get headaches every time I use it. Even my guests noticed and were annoyed, the smell is worse when you use the vibration or the heat features. I contacted the seller who insisted that only environmentally friendly materials are used and offered compensation if I keep it. I checked the recliner and there were no labels anywhere on it indicating what materials were used. Other furniture I bought from other stores lost its smell in less than two weeks, so something is different with this one.Overall the chair looks nice and is relatively easy to assemble but I would not recommend due to the smell. Definitely returning.

I can't thoroughly evaluate this product yet because we have just set it up. At first we received only one of the two boxes, which were sent, for some reason, under one tracking number. Tracking the item just said it was received, but the first box we received was labeled 2 of 2. Box 1 arrived a few days later, and it is set up.

I bought the first one because I recently had back surgery - it was wonderful - the charging plug was so handy - it raises and lowers nicely at the push of a button and the heat and massage are great. Great value for the money

Comfy chair, heats and vibrates, all the features I wanted at a good price. It would not be good for a tall person; the foot rest is quite short, but it is fine for short people ( and we don't often get good things).
