Sturdy and easy to use.
I used this to photograph a party, loved that it is sturdy, easy to use, and super easy to shoot with my DSLR and phone at same time. Had video and photos going at same time. A permanent fixture to my DSLR now!

Works well but hot shoe mount can be loose
I like the security of the metal frame, the tilt angle and that the phone holder stretches pretty wide. But the hot shoe mount doesn’t tighten as securely as I’d hoped. I use this with my Sony a74 to capture vertical content for mobile platforms simultaneously. I mistakenly rested the camera in my hand holding this attachment and it slipped right out of the hot shoe and the camera fell 💀💀💀 I have a handle with a latch on the shoe mount that keeps it a bit more secure, but definitely wish the mount point tightened down more securely

Needs improvements
Update: customer service took care of the issue and reached out after reading my review. I am satisfied with their response and help they providedOverpriced. The clamp mechanism is held by a spring and is very tight to the point that my phone screen is discolored where the clamps hold it. There is no way to loosen it because of the sprint tension it's just very tight my S20 fits very snugly, but I'm worried about how it's damaging the screen. I don't expect this to last long. And for the price it should at least come with all the pieces to mount - the screw insert for the cold shoe mount does not come with just the cold shoe mount socket.

Finally! Didn’t Break the first time I used it!
I’ve tried several of these for iPhones and everyone broke the first time using them, cheap junk! This is all aluminum construction with screw on tightening your iPhone! Worked great! I was able to get some pretty cool long exposures!!! I’m happy!

Flexiblity to shoot at many angles. Solid clamp for phone.

Almost Good
Almost a good product. It has a nice solid design. But the thumb screw to lock the cold shoe is too small making it very difficult to tighten.
