I ordered a refurbished JioDive and overall the product was well-packed and functional. However, I noticed that one of the lenses had a slight crack or chip, which was a bit disappointing. While it still works, the viewing experience is slightly affected due to the damaged lens.I understand refurbished items may have minor issues, but a clear lens is crucial for a VR headset. Apart from that, the headset fits well and is lightweight.
