The finish is very good along with the weight. Compared to other products in the market it was great value for money.

Delivered speedily and successfully. Very securely packed. Pristine condition. It comes in a soft cloth pouch inside a sturdy box with fixings and instructions. It can be fixed with adhesive (not supplied) or with the enclosed screws. Very pleased with price, delivery and immaculate product.

The rail is well made but the overall design of the fixing could be better. The ability to stick the mounting pads to the wall is a distinct advantage during the fixing process. The rail will do its job in all normal circumstances.Why the reduced stars? In common with other designs, if the wall is slightly untrue, the outer collars of the mount may not sit tightly against the wall, detracting from the appearance. There's also the risk with the single bottom grub-screw fixing that a hefty downward knock (e.g. by and enthusiastic youngster or perhaps an infirm person) could dislodge the rail. In those instances, a mount where the outer collar screws onto the mounts would be stronger.

this was not cheap ,however worth every penny , and if you read the instructions properly , its really easy to installlooks and feels top quality -the old adage you get what you pay for

Very good quality, completes our downstairs toilet. Option for screwing to wall with rawl plugs provided or self adhesive option. Do both if you’re worried! Very stylish looking too.

This is a good towel rail. A template would of helped. I just made a template of where to drill using the cardboard from the box.

Looks good, hopefully will last as long as my other Grohe towlrails. I knocked one star off, as the item arrived in generic box and without installation instructions/manual.
