Totally Transformative Effects On My Health
At first I was a little skeptical about ice baths but after listing to several hours of interviews with health professionals and researchers I was sold on the idea of at least trying them out. For the price it's a really solid unit and it was VERY easy to set up. Within 5 minutes I was able to get this set up on my deck and start filling it with my garden hose. After that, I decided so see if the benefits were as good as advertised. The water was around 47F when I got in and I was able to stay in for around 2 minutes which I heard was the "optimal" time if doing these almost every day. It took my breath away but after that I was able to settle in and finish my 2 minutes of cold therapy. I noticed a huge boost in mood and energy following my session as well as less pain in my knees and back (one of the main reasons for wanting to try cold therapy)All in all this really fit the bill for what I was looking for to get started with cold therapy!

Perfect plunge for one (see my goofy photo attachment)
This cold plunge is super simple to setup and is spacious for easy cold plunges for one person at a time. It comes with a lid, but note that the lid is a bit smaller than the opening of the product itself, so the lid kind of... floats... on the water. It still mostly keeps debris out of the water.I also appreciate that it comes with a thermometer. You might think you're doing extreme cold plunges, but you'll be sad when you realize that water is actually 60 degrees F!Btw, I am including this photo, despite the fact that it was overflowing when I got in (I overfilled it) and my phone got drenched by a tidal wave of ice-cold water... it makes me laugh and maybe you'll get a laugh out of it as well.

Does the job…
This is a nice little ice pod and it is easy to set up and breakdown. You could travel with it if you wanted to. It is not sturdy. It is not made for you to push on the sides or sit pushing against the sides. You have to get in the tub and sit in the middle with your legs crossed. This tub is a great starter model to purchase before you spend the big money on something permanent. If you’re going to leave it outside set up I would suggest getting a cover for it. Our lid blew away the first night we had it.

Cheaper stitching and quality
The media could not be loaded. The Support rod insert gave out and the stitching is bulging. This was the third time filling it up and I will end up tossing it out once it gives in.

Awesome addition to my healthcare routine
Really easy to put together, didn't take any longer to assemble then it does to fill with water. Not sure what exactly the white inflatable piece does to insulate but I will say keeping this outside with 30-40 degree ambient temps the water in this plunge has been very cold. New to cold plunging this is a great tool and way better option than adding ice to the bathtub (that was my previous option) I'm about 6' tall and can sit in this comfortably and just about dunk my head if I should choose too at the end of the plunge. Good construction and not that it means much but it does actually look good on the patio next to the hot tub.

Not great, leaks but it works.
The media could not be loaded. There’s a hole somewhere on the inner liner. So the space between the outer liner and inner liner fills with water then leaks through a hole on the outer liner. In the video with me sitting in it, you’ll see a random stream of water start leaking from the far left side of the video just under the inflatable ring. This was the first time using it. It also didn’t come with a towel like it says it should. The thermometer reads about 4°F higher temp than it actually is. Which isn’t a big deal to me.Besides the leak, it works fine. Setup is a breeze, plenty big enough for me to sit on my butt and be fully submerged to my neck. I’m 5’7” 205 lbs. I will update my review once I get a response from CS.

Good bang for your buck!
I’d thought about making my own cold plunge tub DIY style and didn’t want to do that all so I got this instead and I’m so happy. I also realized I’d want to be able to move it around and something small and moveable like this one is great.I was surprised how long it held the cold. I added about 5 1/2 bags of ice and it got down to 40 degrees, which is crazy here in Az during the summer. I’m excited to see how cool it gets during the winter.Pro-tip: definitely don’t fill it all the way up. When you get in, I was surprised how much water comes out when you over fill it.

Perfect for recovery
Cold showers haven't been cutting it and after my boyfriend talked about an ice bath for recovery after soccer, I got this for him. It was so easy to set up and he loves it!
