HORRIBLE Customer Service
Product issue and it is under warranty still. It has been 2 weeks since I have submitted and it has not been addressed. Our first igloo got addressed and replaced right away. We bought a bigger one last November 2023 and had the panels come detach at the seems. Night and day experience from when we bought our first smaller igloo. Amazon even tried to help me get in contact with them via phone and email.
