Super Value, Great Performance!
I needed a large-ish capacity memory card for some upcoming travel, and after considering high-capacity SDXC V90 cards the performance comes up questionable when compared to CFe-A cards. But pricing for CFe-A can be prohibitive. Then this Pergear came up in my searches.Third-party reviews have been almost universally positive with performance, reliability, and pricing. That sealed the deal for me, and I purchased a 260GB pair (including one "kit" with the Pergear CFe-A USB reader). I've been using them for some testing, and so far they exceed every expectation I've had!Assuming they hold up long-term and reliability is good, I'll be a happy campe. So far I'm extremely happy. :)

Works great with Sony FX3
At first i was skeptical, however I bit the bullet and was pleasantly surprised at the cost to GB ratio. Gives me over 2 hours of record time in 4k 120p max mb/s. Transfers super fast. Would highly recommend and would get again

Great Quality at an Amazing Price
I am a professional sports photographer, and shoot Sony exclusively. The cameras are great, the availability of lenses is great. The quality is fantastic. The only downside to this platform, in my opinion, is the outrageous price for CFExpress A cards. In other formats, a good 256gb card runs in the $200-$230 range. In the CF Type A format, for Sony cameras, you are not touching a card with two-thirds of that capacity for under $325.It's great to see competitors get into this space and change that. I was leery of Pergear, a brand whom I had never heard of. But with Amazon's rock solid return policy and a five-year warranty, I purchased a 260gb card for well under $200.The packaging is fantastic. The card seems as solid as a Lexar. I popped it in an A7RV, formatted it, and shot 40 test pictures in rapid fire mode. No issues - the card is as fast as a Sony Tough Card. I put it in an A7IV, and same result. File transfers to a laptop were as speedy as with either a Sony or Lexar card via my current card reader. So, off to a summer rec league ballgame, where if something odd were to happen to my pix, no harm no foul. I spent three innings shooting 1500 pictures, brought the card home, had no issues transferring them, no problems with image quality. The only issues were with the photographer, not the camera, lens, or card :)It's going to take some time for me to trust this brand as much as Sony, but only because it is new to me. This means, at a critical shoot, I will be saving to two cards - which I do anyways.Overall the Pergear 260gb card has convinced me that my next one will be from the same manufacturer, but probably with more capacity.

Solid Performance at a Budget-Friendly Price
PERGEAR CFexpress Type A memory card, boasting a capacity of 260GB, is a reliable storage solution. So far no problem for me. While it may not match the blazing speed of its Sony counterpart, this card offers impressive value for the price. In terms of performance, the PERGEAR card exhibits a buffer capacity that allows me to capture 157 shots at 30 frames per second with my Sony Alpha 1. Although it falls slightly short of Sony's speed, taking approximately 15 seconds to clear the buffer compared to Sony's 11 seconds, it still performs admirably for the price.

Media card works new sony cameras
I have been using this card for wildlife shooting. It reads very fast, never fills the buffer. Images transfer to computer quickly. No lost-images or file corruption. Have shot 1000's of images. Impression: we'll worth the money!

They seem to record fine but BEWARE the construction quality is extremely poor!!
The media could not be loaded. I have bought 3 of these. Of those 3, 2 of them have creaking issues like this with just a little bit of pressure. I have recorded on them and haven't had any issues and the speed seems to check out, but the risk of using them for large clients is just too big so I never touch them unless I am filming something I would be ok with losing. Just note, before getting this card and expecially before using it on a valuable client are you comfortable with the possibility of this card failing because with build quality like this, the RISK IS THERE!!!
