It is big. Almost twice the size of the previous Bento type lunch box I bought. Larger than a sheet of standard printer paper. You can fit a lot of food inside this.Having the chopsticks and spoon included, and a space for them in the lid is nice. The steel makes it really durable, but also means you can't microwave it. The included bag is fine, not as high quality as the box itself.If you need a BIG bento box, this is the one to get.

The inside has 4 divisions in the tray for up to 4 items plus soup, stew, jello or anything else you want to put in the soup cup. It holds a nice sized lunch, even for a full grown man. It is easy to clean, keeps your food divided and tasty and the tray is made from food grade stainless steel, not aluminum. That's a big deal for me.
